Our aim is total satisfaction at reasonable prices with quick delivery. We strive to make your ordering experience as pleasant as possible but we do have certain requirements.

We reserve the right to correct human errors of omission or commission on the website.

Your product will normally be shipped the same day if ordered before 2 PM Eastern.

Our web ordering system estimates shipping charges and shows you the total as you checkout. While this is generally accurate, due to all the items we sell there may be a material difference. Should a material difference occur we will contact you before shipping.

Our products are shipped FOB, Clearwater Florida unless otherwise indicated. We ship to all 50 states via least expensive routing. If you have a preferred or expedited routing please advise us in advance.

UPS charges more to deliver to a residential address. Their definition is if your home and business share the same address it’s a residence. Consequently, if you select UPS commercial and UPS charges us back for residential we reserve the right to charge you for the difference. Please select accordingly.

Returns

If your purchase is defective or damaged, contact us at returns@packitright.net within 30 days of receipt or call 1-800-981-9064 for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) so that we may quickly address your concerns.

Special orders or custom items that are a result of customer error will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Every effort will be made to reach a fair and equitable solution.

Payments

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and checks. Orders will be held seven to ten business days for checks to clear before shipping. We do not accept money orders. Make checks payable to Packitright
